What types of food do you like? I know you will find it hard to believe, but you can count the truly romantic restaurants in Las Vegas on your fingers. Restaurants have a tendency to be large, not intimate.

I will start by recommending Picasso at Bellagio. Next would be Bartolotta at Wynn, an Italian restaurant which flies in fresh seafood from that area. And most importantly has private cabanas available for dining. Not for it’s view but for it’s cuisine. IMO it is not as romantic as those above, but does have a great view and a little more creative menu than Picasso. We think dining on the patio at Bouchon is romantic. But this is Thomas Keller’s bistro style restaurant, so the menu is a little more casual.

Many think of Prime, with it’s fountain view, as romantic. But we personally don’t think of any steak restaurant as truly special. There are many fine dining options in Las Vegas, but we don’t think of most of them as romantic or truly special. I made sure to emphasize romantic on my list, but everyone’s idea of this is different. FWIW: We will be spending our special Anniversary next week at Andres.
